We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives and help evolve the platforms and services we build for our users.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to turn insights into impactful product solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Tasks

• Define the overall product strategy and vision through market research and competitive analysis.

• Conduct customer interviews and analyze feedback to identify user needs and product opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a roadmap that reflects both business goals and customer value.

Requirements

• Engage with users, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand needs and pain points.

• Prioritize requirements based on impact and feasibility.

• Translate insights into clear and actionable product requirement documents.

Roadmap & Prioritization

• Own the product roadmap, highlighting features, enhancements, and planned releases.

• Partner with the Engineering Manager to prioritize development efforts and ensure alignment on feasibility and value.

• Communicate roadmap updates to internal and external stakeholders.

User Experience (UX) Design

• Collaborate with UX designers on wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.

• Ensure user-centric decision-making and seamless interaction design throughout the development cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align execution with strategy.

• Foster transparency, clarity, and shared ownership across all departments.

Product Launch & Success

Coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.

Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch.

Iterate and refine the product based on user insights and market trends to drive continued success.

Engineering Collaboration

The Product Manager ensures strategic direction and user needs are effectively translated into actionable product outcomes. Success depends on close collaboration between both roles.
