Role Description The AI Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team focused on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance training programs and internal operations. This role involves planning and overseeing AI projects, defining objectives and timelines, and coordinating with instructional designers, trainers, and technical staff to integrate AI tools into educational content and platforms. The AI Team Leader will guide data collection and analysis, ensure model accuracy and reliability, and supervise the deployment and maintenance of AI systems. Daily activities include mentoring team members, reviewing technical outputs, managing stakeholder expectations, and preparing reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes. The role also requires staying current with AI trends, recommending improvements to training offerings, and ensuring compliance with ethical and data privacy standards.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and mentoring technical staff.
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts, such as model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, data preprocessing, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Familiarity with educational technology or training solutions, ideally within corporate or professional development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Giza or the wider Egyptian market, with an understanding of local organizational and training needs, is an advantage.
