Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in 6th of October City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and process monthly payroll, including additions, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and incentives.

  • Social Insurance & Labor Law Compliance: Handle all Social Insurance office procedures, form submissions (Form 1, 2, 6), and ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor and tax laws.

  • Tax Calculations: Compute and manage monthly salary taxes (Wage Tax / Form 4) and handle annual reconciliations.

  • Reporting & Auditing: Prepare periodic payroll reports, audits, and cost analyses for management review.

  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and resolutions.

  • Attendance Integration: Review and audit timekeeping, attendance, and leave data in coordination with HR operations.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in payroll management and personnel operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any relevant major.

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong, hands-on knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance laws, and Income Tax regulations.

  • Technical Skills: Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and familiarity with HR/Payroll software systems.

  • Skills: High accuracy, strong numerical skills, confidentiality, and excellent organizational abilities.
