Job Description

BAÑOX is seeking a Factory Production Supervisor with 3–5 years of relevant experience to oversee daily production, manage workers, and ensure orders meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor production progress.

● Supervise metal fabrication, finishing, powder coating, assembly, and packaging.

● Coordinate production priorities with management and the warehouse team.

● Monitor product quality and resolve production issues.

● Track raw materials and production supplies, reporting shortages promptly.

● Monitor worker productivity, attendance, and compliance with safety procedures.

● Reduce material waste and coordinate equipment maintenance.

● Prepare daily reports on output, pending orders, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• ● 3–5 years of experience in factory supervision or production supervision.

  ● Must currently reside in 6th of October City.

  ● Experience leading workers and managing daily production schedules.

  ● Experience in metal fabrication or stainless steel manufacturing is preferred.

  ● Ability to read work orders and accurately track product codes and quantities.

  ● Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  ● Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

  ● A relevant technical diploma or higher qualification.
