Job Objective:
Responsible for implementing and managing daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee affairs, payroll, performance evaluation, training and development, and ensuring the application of company policies and labor laws to support the achievement of institutional goals and enhance the efficiency of the work environment.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
First: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Managing recruitment processes from advertising to hiring.
- Conducting personal interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Identifying job needs in coordination with various departments.
- Reviewing resumes and selecting the best talents.
- Explaining job details, rights, and responsibilities to candidates.
- Building a database of potential candidates.
Second: Employee Affairs and Administrative Operations
- Monitoring employee files and maintaining documents and data.
- Preparing and updating job descriptions for all positions.
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Tracking attendance, departures, vacations, and leave requests.
- Approving leave requests and permits according to approved policies.
- Organizing the administrative structure and organizational chart of the company.
- Conducting periodic visits to branches.
Third: Payroll and Compensation
- Preparing and processing payroll.
- Monitoring entitlements and deductions.
- Preparing reports related to payroll and administration.
Fourth: Training and Development
- Preparing and implementing training programs.
- Evaluating employees' training needs.
- Developing employee skills and improving institutional performance.
- Supporting development and change processes within the company.
Fifth: Performance Evaluation and Employment Relations
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance periodically.
- Resolving problems and conflicts between employees and management.
- Enhancing a positive work environment and maintaining internal relations.
- Providing administrative support and consultations to employees and managers.
Sixth: Reports and Compliance
- Preparing human resources reports and submitting them to management.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of company and employee data and information.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree.
- Experience in the field of human resources.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Interviewing and job evaluation skills.
