Key Responsibilities Participates in making annual SMART maintenance objectives and studying new projects, CAPEX, and OPEX with the maintenance and construction sector manager. Participates in determining the best maintenance policy for assets with the maintenance and construction sector manager. Develops and improves policies and procedures that lead to better-maintained equipment and cost reduction. Makes and develops the preventive maintenance plan with the maintenance and construction sector manager. Reviews the regularity of preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Manage department resources in an efficient way to achieve targets. Read industrial manuals and drawings and perform troubleshooting. Follow up on the installation and repairs to ensure the efficient and effective performance of assets and ensure remedial work is undertaken to prevent their failure. Review job orders to determine work priorities. Makes the development plan to have a skilled, qualified, and well-trained maintenance staff to achieve the desired objectives and plans. Sets the overtime working hours for the maintenance department and obtains the approval of the maintenance and construction sector manager. Directs and delegates workload to electrical/mechanical maintenance personnel Ensures all processes, procedures, and documentation are ISO compliant. Conducts Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for major failures. Determines the maintenance requirements of spare parts in cooperation with the maintenance engineer and the supervisors. Makes a technical comparison between the price offers in the form of a report to the maintenance and construction sector manager to choose the most appropriate.
Job Requirement:Education: B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Years of Experience: 5+ years. Language: Arabic / English Computer skills: Microsoft Office for reporting & ERP system experience
