OPay wishes to hire an Outdoor Sales Representative with the following requirements: - Executing the distribution of POS devices within the designated work area. - Organizing sales visits and following up on merchant orders according to the instructions of the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. - Maintaining relationships with merchants to ensure continuous growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers. - Taking responsibility for the daily work plan (sales targets, updating client cards, etc.). - Ensuring understanding of merchants' needs and issues, and providing collaborative support to improve customer satisfaction. - Achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Collecting payments from merchants on time and depositing them into the bank. - Submitting a daily sales report to the Sales Supervisor. Qualifications: - Higher qualification / Intermediate qualification. - Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates in the field of e-payments and FMCG. - 0-2 years of experience. - Possess negotiation skills with merchants. - Military service completed or exempted.
