Role Description Azola is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to help manage our online store and daily orders. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:• Managing online orders and following up until delivery• Preparing orders and arranging item pickups from our vendors• Following up with shipping companies on deliveries, delays, and returns• Managing sales orders on Odoo• Updating the website with new products, brands, prices, sizes, and stock• Adding new brands and products to the website• Making sure all website information is accurate and up to date• Following up on payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds• Communicating with customers regarding their orders when needed• Making occasional customer calls to check that orders were received correctly and ensure a good customer experience• Solving order issues and following up until they are resolved• Helping improve the website and make the shopping experience better• Looking for simple ways to increase website sales• Monitoring best-selling products and products that need more attention• Supporting new product launches, promotions, and website updates• Coordinating between Azola, vendors, customers, and shipping companies WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:• Organized and detail-oriented• Good at following up and getting things done• Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors• A quick learner and comfortable using online systems• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Proactive and good at solving problems• Interested in fashion and e-commerce Previous e-commerce or online store experience is a plus, but we’re also open to someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
