Key Responsibilities: A. Preventive and Periodic Maintenance of MCC Panels - Executing periodic preventive maintenance schedules for MCC panels (inspecting main and branch circuit breakers, contactors, overloads, relays, and terminal connections). - Conducting electrical insulation measurements and earthing resistance and electrical circuit tests regularly. - Inspecting and cleaning panels from dust and debris, and ensuring proper sealing to protect them from external environmental factors. B. Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting - Diagnosing complex electrical faults inside MCC panels (control, command, or power circuit faults) and repairing them promptly and accurately. - Inspecting and replacing damaged components inside panels (e.g., circuit breakers, thermal protection units, sensor transformers, and Soft Starters or Inverters, if any). - Troubleshooting faults using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams (Electrical Schematics & Wiring Diagrams). C. Installation, Commissioning, and Modifications - Participating in the installation and wiring of new MCC panels and connecting them to field motors and equipment (pumps, valves, fans, etc.). - Performing necessary electrical modifications on circuits and control systems based on operational requirements or technical developments. - Adjusting settings for digital and conventional protection and control units inside panels according to required technical specifications. D. Occupational Safety and Reporting - Full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and regulations, and applying Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before starting any maintenance work. - Recording operating readings, completed maintenance tasks, and consumed spare parts in daily maintenance logs or systems.
