• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Perform system updates, backups, and security patches to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues.

• Document IT procedures, system configurations, and technical issues.

• Support the deployment of new technologies and IT projects.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection regulations.

• Train employees on IT systems, security awareness, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking.

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and virtualisation is an advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are preferred.
