Role Description The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt. This role is responsible for promoting and leasing residential, commercial, and administrative units within the company’s portfolio, including managing property viewings, presenting leasing options, and guiding prospective clients through the leasing process. The consultant will handle inquiries, maintain accurate lease documentation, support lease administration activities, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and tenants. Daily tasks include building strong relationships with residents and clients, addressing questions and concerns, and contributing to resident retention by providing responsive and professional customer service.
