Duties and Responsibilities: Securing factory gates, entrances, and exits. Organizing the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and suppliers. Ensuring visitor details are recorded and necessary permits are obtained. Conducting regular inspection rounds inside the factory. Preventing any riots or violations within the work environment. Ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures. Promptly handling emergency cases and reporting them to the concerned management. Maintaining custody of security equipment and assets. Preparing daily reports regarding incidents or violations, if any.
