1- Making phone calls and field visits to bank and finance company clients to urge them to pay overdue amounts. 2- Flexible negotiation with clients and establishing regular scheduling dates for overdue amounts and dues. 3- Creating solutions for problems related to client invoices and installments. 4- Following up on client account statements through field visits to the client's business, such as shops and distribution points including wholesalers, key clients, factories, and establishments. Requirements: 1- The applicant must possess good communication and negotiation skills and deal with key clients professionally. 2- At least 3 years of experience in collection or sales is required. 3- Adherence to rules of professional and ethical conduct at work is required, as well as maintaining full formal attire. 4- Ability to travel to cover clients located in the governorates. 5- Full-time availability is required. 6- Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility.
