Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out and finishing projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical works on-site, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with all disciplines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities• Supervise all mechanical works including:• HVAC• Plumbing• Fire Fighting• Review mechanical drawings and shop drawings.• Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, civil, and electrical teams.• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes.• Monitor subcontractors and site manpower.• Prepare material requests and coordinate procurement.• Attend coordination and progress meetings with consultants and clients.• Conduct inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.• Resolve site clashes and technical issues.• Prepare weekly progress reports.• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.• 6–7 years of experience in MEP execution.• Minimum 4 years of experience in fit-out/finishing projects.• Strong knowledge of:• HVAC Systems• Plumbing• Fire Fighting Systems• Mechanical coordination• Experience with commercial offices, retail, and residential fit-out projects.
