• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial statements.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash transactions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Develop and maintain effective internal controls over financial processes.

• Analyze financial data, variances, and key financial indicators and provide recommendations to management.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial information and supporting documents.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate performance.

• Contribute to improving accounting processes and ERP system utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or agricultural companies is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Good knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and statutory requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
