???? Qualifications & Requirements
* Language Proficiency: C1/C2 or Near-Native English fluency (spoken and written).
* Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience facilitating adult education programs.
* Methodology: Strong focus on interactive, communicative, and student-centered delivery.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree; TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification is strongly preferred.
