Oversee and support daily site operations related to swimming pool and water feature construction. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project progress. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance during execution. Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship to meet required standards. Prepare site progress reports and communicate issues or delays to project management. Assist in resolving on-site technical issues in collaboration with the senior engineering team
Strong understanding of construction principles and site execution processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a specialized field of construction. Proficient in basic site documentation and reporting. Flexibility to work on various site locations and adapt to changing project needs.
