The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. ABOUT THE JOBOwn the platform's learning content: plan, produce, and maintain the Arabic-first micro-course library that sits at the heart of the member experience, and set the production standard that keeps quality consistent as the library grows.
Key responsibilities Own the course production pipeline from lesson outline to published lesson: scripts, video, on-screen text, summaries, and knowledge checks Produce lessons using modern video production tools and manage production schedules against the course map Ensure all learning content is natural, correct, practical Arabic suited to micro-business owners Maintain and improve published courses based on member feedback and completion data Define and document the production standard so quality holds as volume grows Coordinate subject-matter input for course topics across marketing, sales, and digital skills
Qualifications and experience5+ years in learning content, instructional design, or educational media production Demonstrated experience producing video-based learning at volume Native-level Arabic with strong writing and editing skill; professional English Experience creating content for small-business or adult-learner audiences is an advantage

عن الوظيفة: تولي مسؤولية محتوى التعلم الخاص بالمنصة: خطط، وأنتج، وحافظ على مكتبة الدورات المصغرة باللغة العربية التي تعد جوهر تجربة الأعضاء، وضع معايير الإنتاج التي تحافظ على اتساق الجودة مع نمو المكتبة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية: تولي مسؤولية خط إنتاج الدورات التدريبية من مخطط الدرس إلى الدرس المنشور: النصوص، والفيديو، والنصوص التي تظهر على الشاشة، والملخصات، واختبارات المعرفة. إنتاج الدروس باستخدام أدوات إنتاج الفيديو الحديثة وإدارة جداول الإنتاج وفقاً لخريطة الدورات. ضمان أن يكون كل محتوى التعلم باللغة العربية طبيعياً وصحيحاً وعملياً ومناسباً لأصحاب الأعمال الصغيرة. الحفاظ على الدورات المنشورة وتحسينها بناءً على ملاحظات الأعضاء وبيانات الإكمال. تحديد وتوثيق معيار الإنتاج لضمان الحفاظ على الجودة مع زيادة الحجم. تنسيق مدخلات الموضوع لمواضيع الدورات عبر التسويق والمبيعات والمهارات الرقمية.
المؤهلات والخبرة: أكثر من 5 سنوات في محتوى التعلم، أو التصميم التعليمي، أو إنتاج الوسائط التعليمية. خبرة مثبتة في إنتاج التعلم القائم على الفيديو بكميات كبيرة. مستوى اللغة العربية الأم مع مهارات كتابة وتحرير قوية؛ وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية المهنية. تعتبر الخبرة في إنشاء محتوى لأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة أو جماهير المتعلمين البالغين ميزة إضافية.
