Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver HSE awareness sessions and toolbox talks to employees.
Monitor the implementation of safety procedures across the facility.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.
Support risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Safety & Health Specialist Certificate.
