Role Description The Quality Monitoring Specialist (On Calls) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist monitors and evaluates inbound and outbound calls to assess compliance with quality standards, customer experience guidelines, and operational procedures. Daily tasks include listening to recorded or live calls, completing audit forms, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear, constructive feedback to agents and supervisors. The role involves collaborating with operations and training teams to address performance gaps, support coaching initiatives, and recommend process enhancements. The specialist also contributes to regular reporting on quality metrics, trends, and root causes, helping maintain consistent service quality across the contact center.
Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom accounts such as Vodafone UK, WE, Orange, Etisalat, AT&T, etc.
- Previous experience as a Quality Specialist/Quality Analyst or in similar role.
- Fluent English is required.
