Role Description The Senior Outgoing Tour Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This position is responsible for designing and managing international travel packages, including creating itineraries, quoting prices, and coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers. The role involves daily communication with clients to understand their needs, provide travel advice, and handle queries or changes before and during trips. The Senior Outgoing Tour Operator negotiates with suppliers, maintains up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel regulations, and ensures all reservations and documents are accurate and delivered on time. The position also includes managing files and records, following company procedures, and supporting junior team members when needed. Qualifications Experience in outgoing tourism operations, including designing international travel packages and coordinating complex itineraries. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships. Proficiency in travel reservation systems, booking platforms, and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing). Good knowledge of international destinations, visa and travel requirements, airline and hotel procedures, and current travel regulations. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is highly beneficial; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operator role, preferably at senior or supervisory level. Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
