Qualifications• Preferably graduated from universities in the Textile or Industrial Engineering departments,• Minimum 7 years of experience in weaving production and quality management systems,• Capable of managing a team and working effectively within a team,• Successful communication skills, customer-oriented,• Strong analytical and strategic mindset,• Able to actively drive a vehicle,• No travel restrictions.
Job Description• Manage the LC Waikiki Weaving Domestic and International Supplier pool and improve supplier performance,• Prepare seasonal capacity plans,• Ensure the establishment/improvement of merchandising systems at suppliers,• Ensure that suppliers comply with the company's quality standards, improve quality performance, conduct Waikiki QDMS audits and provide training to establish an effective and accurate quality management system,• Based on audit results, ensure that corrective action plans are implemented and data is recorded in the system,• Perform inline and final inspections at manufacturers and ensure improvements in production quality,• Conduct process analyses and implement improvement activities where necessary to achieve all strategic objectives and targets in the Supply Chain General Directorate's Strategy A3.
