Psychiatrists are required to work at a medical complex in Salalah, Oman.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Master's degree/Board certification in Psychiatry with good post-specialization experience, and eligible for licensure in the Sultanate of Oman.
* Strong experience in outpatient clinics, handling cases of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, and sleep disorders.
* Experience in diagnosing and treating ADHD, with preference given to experience with children, adolescents, and behavioral/academic issues.
* Experience with marital and family issues, psychological stress, and PTSD.
* Ability to provide pharmacological treatment along with good experience in psychotherapy, especially CBT.
* Preference given to those with prior experience in the private sector, a good client base, or a proven ability to build a clinic and attract/follow up with patients.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to build a good rapport with patients, and maintain follow-up and continuity.
* Proficiency in Arabic and English.
* Willingness to reside and work in Salalah.
