Allawaty Clinics is looking for an experienced and qualified Medical Director to lead and oversee our medical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
???? Location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all medical operations and clinical services.- Supervise and evaluate doctors and medical staff.- Ensure compliance with medical standards, policies, and protocols.- Monitor quality of care and patient safety.- Coordinate between medical, nursing, and administrative departments.- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures.- Monitor medical KPIs and overall clinical performance.- Handle medical complaints and clinical incidents when required.- Support recruitment, evaluation, and development of medical staff.- Prepare regular medical performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS).- Valid Medical Practice License.- Previous experience in medical management or a supervisory role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Good knowledge of healthcare quality and patient safety standards.- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.- Good command of English.
