Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time role responsible for expanding IAN For Business Management’s client base and strengthening relationships with existing partners. This hybrid position is based in 6th of October, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs, and generating leads through calls, online outreach, and networking. The specialist will engage prospective clients, present IAN’s platform and services, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up to ensure successful onboarding. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to tailor solutions, provide responsive customer service, and contribute to ongoing improvement of business development strategies. • Experience in recruitment agencies is must Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Candidates should possess effective lead generation skills, with experience in prospecting, outreach, and managing a sales or opportunity pipeline. Candidates should possess market research skills to identify trends, understand client segments, and assess competitor offerings. Candidates should possess customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or related services. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
