You are not a traditional sales manager, but rather a **leader engineer and commercial manager simultaneously**. Your role is to lead the entire engineering-sales system, starting from the accuracy of taking measurements, through the quality of 2D and 3D designs, and up to convincing the client and closing major deals yourself, while ensuring perfect integration with the operations department to execute everything promised by your team.

Sales Management and Closing Major Deals:- Overseeing team leaders' performance in closing sales, training them on negotiation techniques and managing client objections, and converting engineering proposals into signed contracts.- Direct personal intervention in major and complex deals (VIP cases, massive projects, and unconventional designs), where you act as the "technical and administrative weight" that resolves client doubt, turns hesitation into complete confidence, and successfully closes the deal.3. Strategic Integration with Operations, Finance, and Logistics Systems:As the central link between the client and the company, your responsibility extends to ensuring every deal is not only satisfactory to the client but also financially profitable, operationally executable, and logistically feasible, through:A- Operations: Formally handing over project files to the Operations Manager upon contracting, holding weekly coordination meetings to match sales plans with production and installation schedules, and resolving any conflicts between client desires and operational capabilities before sales.B- Finance: Participating in approving the final pricing structure for major deals, analyzing profit margins, and managing exceptional discount authorities while committing to full documentation to ensure the company's financial targets are met.C- Logistics: Prior coordination for material availability before approving unconventional designs and providing suitable alternatives to clients in case of unavailability, while clarifying price and date differences to avoid surprises that affect client trust or delivery schedules.**Qualifications and Experience Required:**- **Educational Qualification:** Bachelor's degree (Architecture, Interior Design, or Fine Arts).- **Practical Experience:** - Minimum **17-20 years** of experience in the field of kitchen, dressing room, or furniture design. - Minimum **7-10 years** in a supervisory or managerial position that includes overseeing technical and engineering teams.- **Technical and Administrative Skills:** - Full proficiency in design software and the ability to review drawings and detect technical errors with extreme precision. - Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (carpentry, painting, and assembly) and installation of kitchens and dressing rooms to ensure designs are field-executable. - Exceptional leadership skills (managing multi-disciplinary teams, motivation, task delegation, conflict resolution). - High-level negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to communicate with high-profile clients in a language that combines engineering professionalism with marketing simplicity.- **Leadership Personality:** Possesses a strong presence, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and a strategic vision for developing the department's business and increasing profits.**Working Hours:**From 9 AM to 5 PM, with the weekend being Friday and Saturday.(Attractive base salary + commissions and incentives on deal completion).
