Agricultural Senior Engineer – Production - Food Manufacturing We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in the Freeze-Dried Fruits industry. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, preferably Food Science / Food Industries.4+ years of experience in production, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Experience in Freeze-Dried Products is highly preferred. Good knowledge of food production processes and manufacturing operations. Good understanding of GMP and food safety practices. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Residents of Giza or 6th of October are preferred. Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans are achieved. Follow up on production processes and production line performance. Ensure compliance with production, quality, and food safety procedures. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments. Monitor production efficiency, waste, and downtime. Prepare production reports and follow up on production records. Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
