:Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with production team to improve machines performance to meet production plans- Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental standards- Plan, lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment (Presses, Glazing machines, Kilns and Printing lines, Digital Printing Machines, etc...)- Manage and Lead the maintenance team including technicians- Minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)- Analyzing, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic failures- Maintain maintenance schedules. - Spare parts inventory tracking and ordering.:Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial factories.- Good problem solving skills and team spirit.- Proven experience of leading and developing maintenance teams- Excellent reporting and communication skills.- Very good knowledge of PLC systems, industrial automation specially Siemens platforms (s7-1500 and S7-300).- Very good knowledge of hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits
