Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting Etisalat products and services, and closing sales in line with company targets. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and providing clear information on offers, pricing, and service features. The Telesales Executive will handle customer questions, resolve basic support issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role also requires adhering to call quality standards, meeting performance metrics, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Arabic and active listening abilities. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals. Relevant experience in telesales, call center operations, or telecom services is beneficial. Ability to work with CRM or call management systems, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
