Daily monitoring of refrigerator prices, drivers, and the operational movement.
Organizing drivers’ vacations and following up on the handovers and deliveries of refrigerators.
Reviewing accounts and freight leftovers in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Updating driver data and continuously preparing operational reports.
Coordinating between drivers, Operations Management, and Accounts to ensure efficient and orderly workflow.
