• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Manage and develop existing export markets while identifying and opening new international markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market plans, and periodic performance reports.

• Negotiate commercial terms, prices, contracts, and agreements with customers and distributors.

• Coordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor export orders from order confirmation through delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in coordination with relevant internal departments.

• Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international market requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development.

• Previous experience in the Food & FMCG industry is a must.

• Proven experience in managing export markets and developing new international business opportunities.

• Strong knowledge of international sales, export procedures, and market development.

• Experience dealing with international customers, distributors, and agents.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

• Ability to travel internationally when required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
