The IT Technical Project Manager leads the overall implementation and delivery of end-to-end IT technical solutions within a dynamic banking, payments, and fintech environment. You will oversee multiple programs, align cross-functional technical teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality, timeline, and cost requirements.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

• +6 years of total experience as a Software Delivery, Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Lead role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or MBAs are an advantage.

• In-depth understanding of modern SDLC, microservices architectures, web services (RESTful/SOAP APIs), and relational/non-relational databases.

• Practical mastery of Agile/Scrum and Hybrid frameworks, sprint cadence management, capacity planning, backlog refinement, and release burndown tracking.

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) information security, or cloud solutions are highly beneficial.

• Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services,

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog refinement, defect tracking, and release burndown metrics.
