Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage mechanical manufacturing processes and daily production activities. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes of issues, and drive process improvements. Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to standards, perform inspections, and support corrective and preventive actions. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, document findings, and report on production performance. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering are preferred. Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments, familiarity with lean manufacturing, and knowledge of health and safety regulations are beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Ismailia, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to production issues is required.
