Job Description:• Handle customer inquiries and assist with flight bookings and reservations• Make, modify, and cancel flight reservations using GDS systems• Provide customers with accurate information about flights, schedules, fares, and travel policies• Assist customers with travel-related requests and resolve issues professionally• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets???? Requirements:• University Graduates only• Minimum 1 year of experience in Flights & Travel• Minimum 1 year of GDS experience• English level: C1 or above• Strong communication and customer service skills• Willingness to work rotational shifts????
