Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a Service Advisor in automotive service centers.* Strong and proven experience in BMW & Mercedes-Benz maintenance and repair.* Excellent technical knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair processes.* Strong ability to understand customer complaints and translate them into clear technical requirements for the workshop team.* Experience in preparing repair estimates, job cards, and following up on vehicle repairs.* Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills.* Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles and customers efficiently.* Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Preferred:Experience working with premium/luxury automotive brands, especially BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
