Maintenance Section Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.- Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.- Ability to analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.- Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.- Familiarity with safety standards, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
