For our regional headquarters Rexus Middle East we are searching for a ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? – ???????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? to join our technical team and support creating innovative flour solutions, launching new products, and ensuring optimal application performance for customer requirements.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:Drives product innovation in close coordination with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D. Performs application trials and technical support for customers on-site. Develops recipes and conducts lab testing. Collaborates with our German Quality Assurance at ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? Headquarters to ensure product compliance and consistency and to adapt solutions for local flour types and baking conditions.
????????????????????????????????????????????????:Qualified technician with additional certification or education in food technology or a comparable field with a focus on milling & baking technology. Minimum 2 years of professional flour treatment experience with knowledge of the use of enzymes and flour analysis devices. Experience in carrying out raw material testing and baking experiments. Strong understanding of flour characteristics, enzyme behaviour, and dough processing. Willing to travel within the region and Europe for internal exchange, customer visits, exhibitions, or other related occasions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Language skills: Fluent in English and Arabic. German is a plus.
