We are looking for a Sales Officer to join the team of Saeed Saadan Shahanah & Partners, specialized in supplying filters and spare parts for diesel engines, generators, compressors, and industrial equipment. Responsibilities and duties: Receiving customer inquiries and requests and following up until the sale is completed. Preparing price offers and following up with customers. Assisting customers in identifying the appropriate products and spare parts for their needs. Following up with existing customers and building long-term relationships with them. Searching for suitable alternatives for requested items and dealing with different spare parts numbers and models. Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure item availability and to prepare and deliver orders. Recording and tracking price offers, orders, and customer data in the company's system. Following up on previous price offers and identifying reasons for some sales not completing. Achieving the required monthly sales targets.
