We are looking for electricians, mechanics, and production technicians fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of practical experience to join a hands-on training program within a professional industrial environment. Required specializations (Electrical Technician - Mechanical Technician - Production Technician). Tasks and responsibilities

Electrician:

- Perform electrical maintenance on equipment and production lines. - Inspect motors, control panels and control systems. - Assist in fault detection and repair of electrical faults. - Perform Preventive Maintenance according to the maintenance plan. - Strict adherence to safety and electrical isolation procedures.

Mechanical Technician:

- Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and production lines. - Inspect and service rotating equipment such as mills, fans, pumps, and gearboxes. - Perform lubrication and replacement of bearings and mechanical components. - Participate in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. - Adhere to safety procedures during maintenance work.

Production Technician:

- Monitor operation of cement production equipment and processes. - Monitor mills, fans, conveyors and auxiliary equipment. - Conduct field tests and monitor operating readings. - Report faults and operational deviations. - Collaborate with the operations team and Control Room (CCR) and adhere to safety procedures.

Application requirements: fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience. Suitable technician qualification for the specialization. Clear stance on enlistment. Good command of English – essential. Ability to learn, commit and work in a team. Willingness to work in an industrial environment.
