Makin Masr is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support industrial construction projects by managing purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and material sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors and obtain competitive quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Coordinate with technical office and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain updated supplier database and pricing records.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• B. Sc. in a relevant field (Commerce, Engineering, or related).
• 2+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing – preferably with 1 year in the contracting/construction sector.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel system know
• Good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
