Operating the machine and drawing on dry. Very important: Drawing steel wires is responsible for operating and monitoring wire drawing and forming machines for steel or iron wires or cables to reduce their diameter and increase their durability, ensuring they conform to standard specifications in terms of quality and tensile strength. Equipment operation: Prepare, operate, and monitor lines and machines for drawing steel wires. Set parameters: adjust drawing speeds, temperatures, tensile and compressive forces according to the required wire diameter. Quality control: Regularly inspect produced wires to ensure they are defect-free, free from cracks, and comply with technical standards. Preventive maintenance: perform simple maintenance tasks, clean machines, and report any mechanical or electrical faults. Safety procedures: full adherence to occupational safety rules and use of personal protective equipment during work. Required skills and qualifications: Technical education: not required, provided there is experience in wire drawing. Practical experience: prior experience operating drawing or metal forming machines in cable or wire factories.
