Leadership and motivation of the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Monitoring the sales team's performance daily and ensuring good coverage of regions and customers. Conducting regular field visits with team members and providing ongoing guidance and training. Preparing periodic sales performance reports and raising key observations and recommendations to management. Market analysis and identifying new opportunities to increase sales and distribution. Handling issues with the team and customers and working on resolving them.
Requirements:
Experience in retail or key account sales not less than 4 years in the field of food and beverages.
Residence in Beni Suef city is mandatory.
Candidate owning a car is preferred.
