External Sales Representative for Al Jazeera Paints Company — Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and strengthen the distribution network through systematic follow-up to ensure optimal performance for all agents • Drive product promotion and sales by conducting regular visits to customers to enhance strong relationships and gather market insights • Monitor and support traders to ensure compliance with our brand identity and distribution strategy • Create a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with target client groups, including painters, contractors, and traders • Supervise accounts receivable to ensure timely payments according to agreed terms, aiming to meet budgeted days outstanding • Establish new retail sites that meet company standards • Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Services, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service • Plan and execute daily customer visits and strategic sales activities • Address customer complaints promptly to maintain a reliable and trustworthy relationship • Regularly monitor collection schedules to ensure receipt of payments as scheduled • Create and review monthly sales and collection reports • Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively. Requirements: • Experience in paints, cement, or chemicals, at least 2 years • Local market knowledge and distribution • Higher education qualification • Must own a car
