HR Director/Head – Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy aligned with business and manufacturing goals.

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.

• Partner with Plant/Operations teams on productivity, discipline, and employee relations.

• Drive performance management, KPI culture, engagement, and retention.

• Lead L&D, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.

• Manage compensation, benefits, HR budgeting, and workforce costs.

• Ensure labor-law, statutory, and HR compliance.

• Drive HR analytics, digitalization, and continuous improvement.

• Build a high-performance, employee-focused culture.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 20+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, employee relations, business partnering, and people-management skills.
