Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offline English Instructor for adults based in Giza, covering branches in Dokki, Maadi, Nasr City, and 6th of October. The instructor will deliver face-to-face English classes, design and implement engaging lesson plans, and facilitate interactive activities that target speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include assessing learners’ language levels, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in achieving their goals. The role involves collaborating with the academic team to align with SYE’s methodology, participating in training and development sessions, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. Instructors are expected to create an inclusive classroom environment, manage groups effectively, and contribute to a positive, professional learning atmosphere. Qualifications SBachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. At least 1 year of English teaching experience, preferably in language academies or training centres. Some roles prefer 2+ years. Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level is preferred for some positions). A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA teaching certificate is an advantage, and some vacancies specifically mention following CELTA standards. Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to prepare lesson plans, assess students, and teach using interactive, communicative methods.
