Job Details

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals aligned with the company’s values and goals.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.

  • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the architectural and real estate sectors.

  • Design and execute organizational development programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.

  • Conduct regular analysis of organizational structures and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition and OD metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all recruitment and development activities.

  • Support the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
