Job Location: HQ-New Cairo Lead and guide the AR team, fostering a positive working environment. Develop and implement efficient AR processes in line with policies and regulations. Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing, addressing discrepancies collaboratively. Manage collections efforts to minimize overdue accounts and enhance cash flow. Regularly reconcile customer accounts, promptly resolving discrepancies. Generate and analyze AR reports, providing valuable insights to senior management.effectively with customers, maintaining positive relationships and resolving disputes. Provide ongoing training to the team, identifying skill development opportunities. AR management systems, staying updated on technological advancements. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulations for accurate financial transactions.
