Menuzi

Job Details

We built Menuzi. Now we need the person who'll put it in front of every café and restaurant owner in Cairo.
Menuzi is a menu management system built on one belief: a menu is far more than a list of prices. It's the one thing every guest actually reads, and it speaks for the restaurant. Its story, its identity, what's on tonight and what's sold out, what it cares about and who it's cooking for. It deserves better than a static PDF behind a QR code, or an afterthought bolted onto a POS.
With Menuzi, owners and their staff stay in control of that conversation. Change a price, mark a dish sold out, add a new dish, retire one that isn't working, launch a seasonal menu, and it's live everywhere at once: on the QR at the table and on every link they've ever shared online. No reprinting, no new QR codes, no waiting on a designer or an agency, no taping a new price over an old one. And because guests come from everywhere, every Menuzi menu speaks their language. We support 40+ languages out of the box.
Cairo is wide open, and you'd be our first salesperson in the city, among the very first at Menuzi anywhere.
???? The Role
This is a full-cycle, on-the-ground role. We're early, so you own everything from the first knock to a live restaurant. On any given week you'll:
Hit the field: walk into cafés and restaurants across Cairo, start conversations, and find the person who can actually say yes. Pitch and demo: show owners what Menuzi does and why their menu deserves better than an ugly PDF behind a QR code. Get them live: help them create an account, import their menu, style it, and publish. A sign-up that never goes live doesn't count; a restaurant using Menuzi does. Catch the inbound as it grows: as owners start finding us online, you'll be the one who picks them up, onboards them, and gets them live. Grow the accounts: check in, make sure they're getting real value, and grow them onto bigger plans over time. Bring the field back to us: you'll hear what owners love, hate, and wish for. That feedback shapes the product directly. You're our eyes and ears in Cairo.
???? How You Earn
Let's be straight about the money, because it tells you who this role is for. There's a base, but the real earnings live in the commission: a generous bounty for every restaurant you bring live, and commission that grows with your accounts. Uncapped. This structure is built for someone who backs themselves to sell. If you're looking for a big fixed salary regardless of results, this isn't your role. If you're a closer, you'll like the math. We'll walk you through the exact numbers in our first conversation.
???? What Being First in Cairo Means
You're the first one here. What you build sets the tone for everyone who follows, and how Menuzi grows in Cairo, and across Egypt, will carry your fingerprints. You won't be starting alone, either: you'll have a counterpart already selling in Alexandria to trade notes with, and your voice will shape what we build and who we hire next.
???? Who I'm Looking For
You can hold your own with owners. You understand how restaurants actually run, who really makes the call, and what keeps an owner up at night. Maybe you've sold to hospitality, managed venues, or sold premium products to business owners. You're as comfortable in a high-end spot in Zamalek as in a corner café. That credibility matters more to me than a polished sales CV. A hunter. You're energized by starting conversations with strangers, you don't fold at a "no," and you chase the next door. Consultative, not pushy. You're helping owners see what's possible, not strong-arming them. Warmth wins here. Organized and self-driven. Nobody's going to hand you a list every morning. You build your own pipeline and follow up relentlessly. A native Arabic speaker. You'll be selling to Cairene owners in their language all day, with enough English to work with me and the team and navigate the product. Comfortable in the field. This role lives in restaurants and cafés, not behind a desk. Bonus points: sales or Saa S experience, and English strong enough to pitch, since some of Cairo's best venues are foreign-run.
???? Why This Is Exciting
A product you can actually stand behind. Menuzi solves a real, daily frustration, and it's beautiful. You won't be selling vapor. You're early. First salesperson in Cairo, ground-floor timing, real impact. As we grow across Egypt, you're positioned to grow with us and lead what you helped build. Direct line to the founder. You'll work with me, not through five layers. Tight feedback, fast decisions.
???? Logistics & Benefits
This is a field job, full stop. Our product team works remotely, but your office is Cairo's cafés and restaurants. There's no desk to sit behind, and that's the point. A real contract with social insurance, from day one, through Menuzi Software Solutions. Transport/mobility allowance and a phone & data allowance. You'll be moving around all day, and we cover that.
Cairo has thousands of menus waiting to get better. Come help me fix them.— Ibrahim Abdelkareem, Founder, Menuzi
