Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site at the Live Star Technology Company office in Muqqatam, Cairo, Egypt in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating employee benefits and compensation processes. The specialist will help implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and provide guidance to team members on HR-related matters. Daily tasks include handling employee inquiries, supporting performance management activities, facilitating training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to support compliance and effective workforce administration. Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits, including coordination of benefits programs and communication with employees. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in HR-related software or systems. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an HR role, especially within the technology sector, is an advantage. Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment will be beneficial.
