About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise software solutions while contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high software quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building modern web applications, and working across the entire software stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from frontend to backend.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design clean, maintainable, and reusable software architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex bugs.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product owners.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Produce technical documentation where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
